Announced in April 2015, the new Madigan Military Award committee sought humorous true stories about military service from all branches of service, all nationalities, spouses, and children of service members. After careful deliberation we are happy to announce that the first Madigan Military Award winner is Randy Brown of Johnston, Iowa for "Coming Home on a Bungie Cord."
